Rhina Valentín is a latiné leader in the entertainment industry. Alongside her roles as a mother, creative, comedienne, producer, director, writer, and dancer, her innate ability to use humor and discuss adversity with honesty has captivated audiences and made her a representative of the values of working-class women- of-color. Most recently, Rhina was an honored guest at the inaugural Afro-Latino Heritage Celebration at the White House on February 22, 2024, in recognition of her career achievements and her advocacy on behalf of the Latine' community

Since 2006, Rhina has cultivated relationships and served as the creative producer and host of the popular OPEN Friday talk show on BronxNet TV, earning her recognition as one of the 25 Bronx Influential Women.
Through this platform, she has built connections with esteemed institutions like Lincoln Center, where she has created, produced, and hosted the successful series Lincoln Center Presents Latiné Luminaries in the David Rubenstein Atrium, now in its third year.
